Incidental Pest – Bees

Bees are wonderful creatures that provide us with sweet commodities such as honey, bee wax and foods (technically, we won’t have most of the fruits and vegetables if the world is without them, as pollinators). Wasp are beneficial insects that plays important role as pollinators as well as predators to other insects.

Even so, sometimes, they can be pest to your house, especially their hive is near to a property and the tenant may be exposed to the risk of getting stung (Yikes!). Bee and wasp stings can be painful and may cause anaphylactic shock to allergic person.

Before any treatment can be made, it is important to identify whether the flying insects you encountered are bee or wasp. Different species of the mentioned flying insect have different level of damage and threat of stings.
